The rules for using MowSolo — written to be actually readable.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mow & Plow Solo (branded "MowSolo"), the app at app.mowsolo.com and this website (mowsolo.com), operated by Galaxy Automations ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using MowSolo, you agree to these Terms.
MowSolo is business software for solo lawn-care operators: daily routing, quoting, invoicing, payment tracking, expense tracking, reporting, and client messaging. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use MowSolo.
You own the business data you enter (your client list, pricing, invoices, expenses). We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter and use your clients' information in MowSolo.
MowSolo can send text messages to your clients on your behalf. By using messaging features, you agree that:
We automatically honor STOP replies and block further messages to opted-out numbers.
Don't misuse MowSolo. That includes: no unlawful use, no spam, no attempting to breach or overload our systems, no reselling the service, and no uploading malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the messaging system.
MowSolo, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Galaxy Automations. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business while your account is active. Your data remains yours.
Payments are processed by Stripe and messaging is delivered by Twilio; your use of those features is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we don't control.
MowSolo is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. MowSolo provides business tools, not legal, tax, or accounting advice — reports and tax exports are for your convenience; confirm figures with your accountant.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxy Automations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using MowSolo and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms with notice where practicable. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the effective date and notify active operators by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Galaxy Automations is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
